To commission a painting I will need….

  • A good quality image, preferably digital.
  • A deposit is made before the commission begins
  • We agree on a date for when the painting is due

Depending on my work and list of commissions, the time is approximately 3-4 weeks, the date of completion will be agreed before the work commences.

I use acrylic paints on canvas and each piece is sealed with a professional gloss varnish giving a lasting finish, the colours are enhanced and show their true potential. Each commission is priced unframed but framing can be arranged, this is agreed before payment.
Below are the current prices for 2016, these will be reviewed on a yearly basis.

I had Lorraine paint the beautiful Marcie in acrylic for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. We’re both absolutely delighted with how it came out, and Marcie (our cat) is pretty chuffed with it too! Given that I had never commissioned a painting before, Lorraine was very friendly and patient in advising me regarding canvas size etc., and was also able to recommend an excellent framer. I can’t recommend Lorraine highly enough. Many thanks!

5 stars just aren’t enough! Love this ladies work so much ❤️. I have some of the cow and camper range & they always make me smile, just the feeling I want when I’m choosing a piece of art!!!
Great customer service too, packaged perfectly and fast delivery. All round superb!!
Lorraine recently completed a commissioned painting for me. The painting was completed to a very standard and exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lorraine.
